Travel 2.0

Travel 2.0 is the definiton of the new traveling experience, based on content shared by other users. Travel industry has radically changed in the past few years and customers act differently than before, using the web to book holidays, to get information which are more and more user-generated and to visit travel websites which may be focused on travel reviews, the booking of travel, or a combination of both. Approximately seventy million consumers researched travel plans online in July 2006. Travel bookings are the single largest component of e-commerce, according to Forrester Research.
